Description:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international publishing partners to support long-term growth
- Develop a deep understanding of licensees’ businesses to identify opportunities for expansion and performance improvement
- Analyze and review partner financial performance, sharing insights internally and with licensees to inform strategy
- Connect partners across markets to encourage knowledge sharing, collaboration, and cross-border opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, editorial, brand, digital strategy, finance, and legal teams to support global licensing initiatives
- Lead onboarding of new licensees from contract execution through launch, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination
- Oversee trademark and domain management, ensuring compliance with Hearst standards and legal requirements
- Manage partner access and permissions across platforms such as Meta Business Suite, including troubleshooting and support
