Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

  • Analyze advertising sales data and systems to deliver insights that inform pricing, yield, and revenue strategy
  • Partner with the Director, Pricing & Yield to build scalable processes and datasets that support smarter deal-making
  • Develop inventory forecasts across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities and potential risks
  • Create and distribute regular reporting that delivers a holistic view of inventory performance and monetization metrics
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management, Campaign Management, and Finance teams to align pricing, planning, and post-sale delivery insights
  • Track post-sale delivery escalations and surface optimization opportunities to mitigate risk and improve outcomes
  • Maintain deep familiarity with core data sources, including Salesforce (CRM), AdPoint (OMS), ad server data (GAM), and related platforms

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Experience in advertising yield management, pricing, or analytics, ideally within a digital media or publishing environment
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including web analytics, audience strategies, and automated buying channels
  • Demonstrated ability to build reports, analyze trends, and translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and reporting or analytics platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and curious mindset with the ability to “see past the numbers”
  • Experience building media plans or managing digital advertising campaigns is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • This role is based in New York City and operates on a hybrid schedule, with 4 days per week in the office

The base salary for this role is between $76, 000 - $88, 000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
