Description:
Salary is commensurate with skill set, experience, and competency in operational leadership roles. The position is bonus eligible up to 30% annually based on individual and company performance. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsibility for P& L of Loomis International (LI) US & LATAM with locations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Argentina and Chile.
- Experience with international networking, marketing, and freight forwarding
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
- Focus on the development of all product lines of LI on forwarding, transportation, and storage in the region
- Identify new regional opportunities by developing new markets for existing clients and other LI stations, as well as by developing new clients in those newly developed markets.
- Strong focus on setting up and managing agent network for LI Americas
- Business development includes optimizing service set-up with existing or new service providers.
- Contact partner for other LI countries for operational, security and pricing queries regarding destinations operated by agents of LI.
- Build up and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers (airlines, security, and forwarding agents).
- Performing security audits and implementing and monitoring agreed operational procedures with agents and other 3 rd party providers to ensure security compliance.
- Management of certain projects as defined by Loomis International Corporate.
- Travel expectancy in the 30-40% range.

Competences: - Management skills to negotiate service requested by customers and agents/partners
- Plan, work, and act independently to achieve the set targets
- Hands-on attitude, taking initiatives, acting, and thinking proactively during the performance of his/her duties.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong sales skills, and experience as a senior salesperson.
- Display good customer service skills.
- Well organized in administering and documenting the projects or duties undertaken.
