What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will monitor and operate over 450 air separation facilities across the U.S. and Canada from a centralized control room environment
  • You will respond to alarms, troubleshoot plant issues remotely, and communicate effectively to resolve operational concerns in real time
  • Start up and shut down air separation equipment to meet product demand while maintaining peak efficiency and operational reliability
  • You will analyze data from plant control systems and make informed decisions on appropriate actions to maintain safe and efficient operations
  • Additionally, manage internal and external communication, including phone calls, emails, and computer-based logbooks, to ensure accurate reporting and coordination
  • You will maintain strict adherence to safety policies, procedures, and compliance requirements at all times while working across up to 16 monitors
  • Furthermore, work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with flexibility for shift changes, overtime, and coverage as needed
  • Lastly, collaborate as a team player while supporting up to 10% travel for on-site facility support and troubleshooting activities

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $53, 625 - $78, 650.
