- You will manage bulk gas inventories at customer sites using planning tools to guarantee reliable, safe, and cost-effective supply
- You shall develop and execute daily distribution schedules while communicating risks and driving timely corrective action
- In this role you will uphold Quality Assurance and regulatory requirements by initiating Quality Incidents and Near Misses when needed
- Additionally, respond quickly to customer calls, driver communication, and satellite messages to take appropriate action
- Take responsibility for adjusting operational plans based on inventory levels, operating status, outages, customer demand, and available resources
- Furthermore, engage with drivers and supervisors on logistics matters while providing accurate Fleet Effectiveness reporting
What makes you great
- You will hold a bachelor's degree or an associate degree with more than two years of logistics or supply chain experience
- You shall exhibit strong data management and efficiency analysis skills that support accurate planning and performance improvement
- In addition, you should communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, supervisors, and internal partners
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and quality standards in all logistics planning and operational decisions
- Display adaptability to work evening or overnight shifts in a dynamic environment while maintaining service reliability
- Take responsibility for identifying efficiency opportunities, correcting data inaccuracies, and supporting continuous operational improvement
