What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will be gathering detailed spare parts quotes and information and preparing spare parts lists for client review and selection
  • Additionally, you will be developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for required project spare parts
    Also, you will be managing multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Being responsible for spare parts project execution, including scope execution and the issuance of project certifications is part of your role
  • Working with responsible main equipment engineers (EQR) to support client technical concerns
  • You also will be providing guidance to team members (project assistant) regarding tasks assigned to them
  • Further, you will be working with procurement professionals to issue purchase orders to vendors
  • You also will be monitoring the progress of each project to ensure timely completion of deliverables in accordance with established quality standards
  • Conducting and leading regular status meetings with internal teams and external vendors to track progress against established milestones is part of your role
  • You will be communicating effectively with clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
  • You will be responsible for maintaining records of all documents related to each project, including specifications (packing, labeling), change orders, and invoices
  • Building and establishes strong partnerships with teams (EQR, expeditor, logistic, procurement, proposal, contract group), vendors, and clients
  • Also, you will be working with the expeditor team to track purchase orders with the most updated status
  • You will also be working with the logistics team to ensure the goods get delivered to the client's desired warehouse
  • Being responsible for project closeout, including invoicing, handovers, and after-action reviews is part of your role

What makes you great

  • You will have a bachelor's degree in business or engineering
  • Also you will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, engineering, or project management
  • Experienced in document management
  • Effective (intermediate or advanced) computer skills, including Microsoft Office software; other company-specific software applications such as SAP are a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach to independently seeking and verifying information
  • Lastly you will have a commitment to learning and the ability to work under pressure

Salary Pay Range: 98, 000USD - 120, 000USD
