What you will enjoy doing*- You will own the IM planning and governance across the project lifecycle - covering Data Management, Documentation Management, and IM-related IT aspects - so procedures are consistent, compliant, and operational throughout execution
- You will implement and optimize IM tools, including Document Management System, Vendor document exchange platform, engineering partner workflows with Autodesk Construction Cloud and other internal tools ensuring effective information flow between engineering, suppliers, construction site, and project partners
- Part of your responsibilities will be the coordination of data interfaces with plant data management, and to act as the external interface for IM topics
- To assure data quality and compliance (metadata, tagging, SAP alignment) and drive KPI reporting on document progress, vendor deliverables, and handover readiness will be part of your daily doing
- As the Project Information Manager you will coach others at Linde and suppliers on IM workflows, standards, and tools
- Working with global workshare as well as leading continuous improvement projects and cross-region collaboration with be part of your job
- You will manage final documentation handover - ensuring completeness, integrity, and accessibility of records and data objects
What makes you great- You possess a university degree in Engineering, Information/Data Management, or related discipline
- You are experienced in analyzing the requirements and bring them to life
- Effective analytical andproblem-solving skills are part of your skillset
- Excellent stakeholder engagement; ability to work across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning functions and with external partners
- Additionally you are willing to take over responsibility and capable to manage multiple tasks, timelines and resources
- You communicate clear and effective and you are able to motivate and support the team you are working in
- Understanding and acceptance of foreign cultures, and social and intercultural competencies are among your strengths
- You are fluent in spoken and written English

Salary Pay Range: 70, 000USD - 88, 000USD
