What you will enjoy doing*- You will develop basic and detailed engineering for mechanical equipment and piping on assigned projects
- Moreover, you will be responsible for specifications, calculations, and requisition packages to support projects
- You will be responsible for completion of project tasks in a quality manner, within budget, and on schedule
- You will be responsible for input into project schedules and drawing/document lists
- Responsible for the application of relevant industry standards, codes and/or project-specific standards
- Also, you will review and approve vendor documentation for mechanical equipment, piping and components.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical equipment/piping at vendor fabrication shops
- In addition, you will provide fabrication recommendations and troubleshooting expertise for vendors and clients, including installation/erection assistance at job sites
What makes you great- You have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3 years or less industry experience
- Also, you have a working knowledge of national and international codes and standards (i.e., ASME B31.3, BPVC Section I, Div VIII)
- There is potential of up to 25% travel, both domestic and international
