What you will enjoy doing*- You will perform inspection tasks involving the use of a wide variety of test instruments and equipment to measure values and record functional operation of semi-finished and finished products
- Conduct, physical, cosmetic, dimensional inspections, and tests
- Determines acceptability, identifies and recommends disposition of defective items in accordance with established procedures
- Perform nondestructive testing and final inspection of product
- Perform etching of products using acid-based processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Conduct cleaning and packaging of finished goods
- Further, you will use various manual and automated pieces of equipment
- You will be accountable for working and cross training in all our inspection areas including a clean room environment
- Perform administrative transactions using our ERP system (Oracle)
- Further you will follow, support and participate in current and new safety initiatives
What makes you great- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Further youwill have prior experience supporting a manufacturing environment performinginspection activities
- Ability to use hand measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, angle gages
- Ability to work with hazardous materials
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to support a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills in EAM and Microsoft Outlook are necessary for this role
- Flexible schedule to support manufacturing needs, including overtime and weekends as needed
- You must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand 8hrs or sit 8hrs, with or without accommodation
