What you will enjoy doing*

• You will be accountable for reviewing contract documents and coordinating with internal teams to ensure they meet the companies compliance standards
• Lead the material compliance activities in coordination with the corporate compliance group
• Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance alignment across all sites
• Assist the procurement team with complex contract negotiations including both business and legal terms to improve supply reliability and lower costs
• Maintain relationships and coordinate activities with material and service vendors to ensure they are adhering to identified compliance standards
• Partner with the global Electronic sites to drive procurement initiatives related to compliance and sourcing enabling and driving communication and teamwork
• Identify and drive cost reduction efforts through new supplier identification, low cost country sourcing and strategic pricing negotiations
• Perform procurement related activity including processing purchase orders
• Thrive in a fast paced environment. Drive work process andefficiency improvements

What makes you great

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred along with prior experience within the semiconductor industry
• Prior experience driving compliance activities preferred
• Negotiating, Supplier/Process Management and Procurement Skills with a background including a variety of situations (new and existing suppliers, difficult suppliers, expediting, initiating and completing improvements)
• MS Excel proficiency
• Oracle ERP experience
• Ability to communicating to all levels within and outside organization
• Strong problem solving, effective communication and organizational skills to be successful in this role
