What you will enjoy doing*- You will be accountable for reviewing contract documents and coordinating with internal teams to ensure they meet the companies compliance standards
- Lead the material compliance activities in coordination with the corporate compliance group
- Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance alignment across all sites
- Assist the procurement team with complex contract negotiations including both business and legal terms to improve supply reliability and lower costs
- Maintain relationships and coordinate activities with material and service vendors to ensure they are adhering to identified compliance standards
- Partner with the global Electronic sites to drive procurement initiatives related to compliance and sourcing enabling and driving communication and teamwork
- Identify and drive cost reduction efforts through new supplier identification, low cost country sourcing and strategic pricing negotiations
- Perform procurement related activity including processing purchase orders
- Thrive in a fast paced environment. Drive work process andefficiency improvements
What makes you great- 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred along with prior experience within the semiconductor industry
- Prior experience driving compliance activities preferred
- Negotiating, Supplier/Process Management and Procurement Skills with a background including a variety of situations (new and existing suppliers, difficult suppliers, expediting, initiating and completing improvements)
- MS Excel proficiency
- Oracle ERP experience
- Ability to communicating to all levels within and outside organization
- Strong problem solving, effective communication and organizational skills to be successful in this role
