Support Services Supervisor Position Summary:


The Support Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Patient Access Representatives (PARs), Targeted Case Management (TCM), Peer Support Services, Skill Building Services, and the Same Day Access (SDA) process. This position is responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and person-centered access to behavioral health, primary care, and support services while promoting seamless coordination between front-end operations, non-clinical services, and clinical teams.


Support Services Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for PAR, TCMs, Peer Support, and Skill Building staff to support an integrated, person-centered approach to patient access, engagement, and service delivery.
  • Direct daily SDA operations by collaborating with the Clinical Site Director, Intake Coordinator, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient flow, scheduling, and timely access to care.
  • Partner with staff and interdisciplinary team members to identify and address operational and patient-specific barriers impacting access, engagement, continuity of care, and successful connection to recommended services.
  • Foster an integrated model of care by promoting collaboration among patient access, clinical, and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the patient journey.
  • Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, patient experience, and access to care. Provide supervision, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and professional development for PAR, TCM, Peer Support, and Skill Building staff
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
  • Monitor productivity, workload, documentation timeliness, and service utilization, providing coaching and corrective action as needed.
  • Conduct routine quality reviews of documentation, plans of care, patient interactions, and PAR call quality, providing coaching to improve performance and patient experience.
  • Review operational and quality metrics to monitor team performance, identify areas requiring follow-up, and support continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and related tasks as assigned


Support Services Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field required,
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in behavioral health, integrated care, or community mental health.
  • Experience working in a CCBHC setting and with patient access, care coordination, Targeted Case Management, Peer Support, Skill Building, or other community-based behavioral health services preferred.
  • Experience with quality improvement, documentation review, and regulatory compliance preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and use of a personal vehicle as required.


Salary: $70, 000 annually.
