Liberty Resources Integrated Health Care is looking for a Patient Access Team Lead to support day to day clinic operations.

Position Summary:

The Patient Access Team Lead will provide support, guidance and management of the day to day front office functions, ensuring integrated services, and collaborates with a variety of LRI programs to ensure clients receive quality services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily supervision of patient access and communicate needs to coordinator.
  • Supervise Patient Access Representative’s interactions with client and mentor them through a variety of situations to improve the patient experience.
  • Monitor schedules to ensure scheduling policies have been followed and alert the Front Office Supervisor if patient access is limited or scheduling concerns arise.
  • Evaluate registration procedures for efficiency and completeness.
  • Serve as the point of contact for schedule template changes, keep the Practice Manager and Front Office Supervisor abreast of all change requests to ensure approval received.
  • Attend and participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings and huddles.
  • Participates in cultural diversity training and team meetings.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of experience, or 1 year of experience with one year certificate from college or technical school.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, use good judgement and be resourceful in problem solving.
  • Ability to take and follow through with delegated tasks and accountability.
  • Knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to effectively use an electronic medical record.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced outpatient family and behavioral health clinic environment.


Pay Range: $23.00/hour to $25.00/hour.
