Location: Onondaga County
Pay: $19.25/hour

Liberty Resources is seeking caring and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Day Habilitation program. If you enjoy helping others grow, connect, and achieve their goals, this role is for you!

About the Role

As a Day Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building skills that foster independence, community inclusion, personal growth, and confidence.

This is a hands-on, rewarding role where your compassion, creativity, and teamwork truly matter.

What Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Do

• Support individuals in community activities, volunteer opportunities, and daily skill‑building
• Promote independence, integration, and personal growth
• Provide instruction, supervision, and behavior support as needed
• Document services and progress accurately

What You Need

• HS diploma or GED (Associate’s/Bachelor’s or related experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle to transport individuals
