Liberty_Resources is hiring a COTA in Syracuse, NY. This is a part-time position.
We are currently seeking per diem Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide services to our clients in the following area:
Syracuse City

Backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services circle, originally POST was a speech-language practice in Syracuse NY and has grown to provide a range of services throughout New York State and Indiana. We employ over 500 professionals in a variety of settings and offer a collaborative team approach to provide evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. We are focused on the importance of a child’s natural learning environment, a family’s unique strengths and needs and the diverse population we serve.
Position Summary:
Liberty POST is currently seeking motivated and energetic Early Childhood Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for part-time and/or full-time employment to work with children who are birth-5 years old through Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs.

Qualifications:
- Current New York State authorization/licensure and registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
- Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if travel is required for the position.

Job Type: Part-time/per diem available, potential to build to full time
Pay Rate EI:
- EI 30 minutes: $37.00
- EI 60 minutes: $56.00
Pay Rate: CPSE
- CPSE 30 minutes (individual): $37.75
- CPSE 30 minutes (group of 2): $30.00 per child in the group
