Direct Support Professional (DSP) Per Diem – Community Habilitation

Pay: $18.90/hour
Location: Onondaga and Madison Counties

We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community.


What You’ll Do

As a DSP on our Community Habilitation team, you will:

  • Support individuals as they learn skills that promote independence, community integration, and personal growth.
  • Assist with community outings, volunteer roles, hobbies, and other activities that help individuals reach their goals.
  • Provide coaching, companionship, and hands-on support based on each person’s unique needs and goals.
  • Document services provided and share observations about progress and achievements.
