Levain Bakery Cookie Company LLC is hiring a Corporate Office Coordinator - NYC in New York, NY. This is a full-time position.

Competitive triathletes and passionate bakers, Pam Weekes and Connie McDonald left their careers to open a small bread shop in New York City in 1995 Levain Bakery. One day, they baked a BIG chocolate chip walnut cookie as energy for triathlon training. At Levain, a batch of these 6-ounce cookies flew off the shelves, and an icon was born. The cozy shop on West 74th Street became a neighborhood favorite and a destination for epicurious visitors from around the world, hungry for the cookie. From the start, Pam, Connie, and the team baked everything fresh on-site each day, donating the days leftovers to charity and we still do, nearly 30years later. THE ROLE: OfficeCoordinator The Office Coordinator keeps the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly and supports the broader team with logistics, organization, and administrative follow-through. This hourly role covers a mix of responsibilities from restocking and inventory to light office duties and periodic expense administration and serves as a point of contact for both internal team members and external visitors or vendors. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions. Handle travel and expense administration tasks, including processing receipts, coding expenses, and assisting with reconciliation. Maintain accurate and organized records to support timely expense reporting. Inventory & Restocking Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies on a regular basis.Track inventory levels and place or coordinate orders to avoid shortages.Organize storage areas to keep supplies accessible and accurately accounted for. Meeting & Event Coordination Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling, venue booking, catering, and logistics.Communicate event details clearly to attendees and vendors, and troubleshoot day-of logistics as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.13+ years of experience in an office administration, coordination, or customer-facing support role preferred.Part time availability; Ability to work a total of 24 hours per week with flexible scheduling across mornings, nights, and weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.Experience with inventory tracking or basic expense reporting tools a plus.Ability to lift and move light supplies up to 15+ pounds.Availability to work on-site based on business needs.Read and communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
