The Payments organization is a motivated, forward-thinking team comprised of high talent product managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative payment services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. As a Product Manager within the Payments team, you will drive the delivery of seamless customer experiences, enabling Chase card usage across various platforms. You will manage critical priorities, collaborate with engineering and key partners, and lead product discovery and delivery efforts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define new features, gather requirements, and create user stories for back-end and front-end services.
  • Manage product backlog, ensure agile metrics, and support production, issue resolution, and prioritization.
  • Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance.
  • Define and monitor metrics, identify enhancements, and create remediation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a strong risk and controls environment.
  • Deliver communications to executives on strategy and progress.
  • Publish executive reports on product health, industry trends, and customer feedback.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, digital, product management, or Agile software development.
  • Experience in online payments, including card, digital wallets, and e-commerce.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and building digital products.
  • Ability to think strategically and connect details to the bigger picture.
  • Proven success in collaborating and influencing decisions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of managing risk and controls.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, open banking, and engineering practices.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
