Description:

In this role, you will join an innovative product team focused on building the next generation of lending and payment solutions. You will lead a talented team of automation testers, along with environment management, who are passionate for ensuring delivery of high-quality customer experiences. You will work on multiple projects and be an active leader in the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery through product launches.

This position reports into the Lending Innovation product team, which is focused on meeting the borrowing needs of our customers through digital-centric pay over time lending solutions.

Job responsibilities
  • Manage UAT environment and ensuring test environment consistency for UAT prospective and work towards the of high-quality customer experiences
  • Design, develop and maintain a environment management strategy and environment uptime matrices.
  • Develop test automation (smart specs) to monitor greater environment availability
  • Develop and maintain the functional test automation
  • Develop tools and technique to bring the environment uptime.
  • Strong Experience with Test Automation solutions and test automation development
  • Communicate status to management and key stakeholders across a portfolio of projects
  • Lead a culture of respect that promotes diversity and inclusion, and mentors and motivates a strong cross-functional team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude
  • Develop the next generation of UAT talent, with a focus on hiring, developing and retaining top talent

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Detailed understanding of environment management, test automation, common defect management tools, the ability to perform automated tests, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • 8+ years of work experience with Quality Assurance experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle principles and quality assurance methodology
  • TSYS and Consumer banking/credit card experience is a plus
  • Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Junit), as well as databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server and DB2
  • Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript
