Job Description Drive strategic integration and client experience for high net worth card products, partnering with Private Banking and Wealth teams to deliver exceptional service and business growth. As a Private Banking Card Integration Vice President in Consumer & Community Banking, you will champion the adoption and integration of high net worth card products across our wealth management segments. You will leverage your expertise in client service, stakeholder communications, and strategic leadership to build lasting partnerships, deliver impactful training, and proactively drive business strategy. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the client experience for our most valued clients and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert for HNW/UHNW card products across banking segments
- Lead the development and delivery of executive presentations, training, and strategic communications
- Build and nurture relationships with Private Banking and Wealth Management partners
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and product enhancement
- Manage complex client escalations and ensure timely, effective resolution
- Analyze client feedback and operational trends to recommend improvements
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support product launches and brand messaging
- Report on integration progress, escalations, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership
- Promote a culture of innovation, partnership, and client-centricity
Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in financial services, client service, or product management, with cross-functional leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of ultra-high net worth client needs and banking products
- Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and thought leadership
- Experience working cross-functionally and driving organizational change
Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree (MBA/MS)
- Experience with product innovation and social media escalation management
- Proven success in complex, matrixed organizations
- Expertise in credit card and wealth management products
