As a Vice President, Ad Platform Product Manager within Chase Offers, you will support and assist in the design and development of the next generation of offers/ad platform to deliver value to Chase customers beyond the core financial product features. This is an opportunity to craft the product strategy, develop market-leading product innovations, and be the steward of capturing an understanding of advertising market needs, present and future, and translating into feature requirements and effectively managing in a matrixed organization.

Job responsibilities
  • Combine vision, creativity, and deep domain expertise to transform digital advertising with ground-breaking product innovation
  • Become a subject-matter expert on offers/Ad tech platform and champion innovations that will enhance the value Chase provides to their clients
  • Build, integrate and enhance the offers platform roadmap and prioritization
  • Lead discovery on new concepts, including determining and refining business value, customer value and tech feasibility
  • Refine and prioritize stories, as well as drive sprint planning and execution (along with other scrum cadences and events) for technology development teams
  • Monitor development of product (escalating issues and removing blockers) and pre-production testing, as well as conduct demos


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 6+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program and product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders and partners
  • Deep experience working with system architecture, data frameworks and event driven/restful APIs
  • Proven background in partnering with technology partners to translate product requirements into technology sizing estimates and requirements
  • Experience leading through influence, with demonstrated experiences setting agenda, and driving business results in an environment with competing priorities
  • Solid organizational and project management skills, including strong follow through skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and workstreams
