As a Technology Support III team member in Commerical & Investment Bank - Equities Prime Financial Services Production Management team, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems, leading to a seamless user experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Monitors, manages, and optimizes the production application environment to ensure applications are prepared and accessible for Business, Operations, and Clients
  • Collaborates with teams and individuals across Technology, Business, and Operations to proactively resolve issues, drive improvements, and enhance efficiency
  • Works closely with team members across Prime Financial Services to drive automation and implement innovative solutions that improve service delivery and reduce manual tasks for the Production Management Team
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders to address challenges and provide timely updates
  • Develops and maintain strong working relationships with the business and aligned application and infrastructure support teams to enhance service delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
  • Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
  • Hands on experience in technical support and applications support
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse, global teams
  • Advanced and demonstrable problem solving / analytical skills with a passion for technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
  • Proactive, adaptive, independent and self-managing with proven capability to lead a project initiative
  • Effectively adapt to necessary changes in work requirements, roles and responsibilities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Scripting, and Python
  • Exposure to and/or support of cloud-based technology solutions
  • Experience using AI for automating and streamlining daily tasks
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Splunk
  • Experience or understanding of financial markets and trading systems would be beneficial
