As an experienced Process and Service Design Associate, you will be supporting the design and implementation of new processes/services or enhance existing ones. You will own the day-to-day activities related to project execution, analysis and delivery of process/service design initiatives for the CTC BISO Organization. This highly visible role includes direct interaction and partnership with Risk and Control leaders across GRC, LOBs, and CTC. You will leverage your leadership skills to address challenges and hurdles in implementation of the strategy, including partnering with stakeholders to arrive at tactical and strategic solutions. You will have a strong grasp of the big-picture, namely the players and tools involved in managing and enforcing security controls at JPMC. This role will allow you to leverage your risk management, technology controls, project execution, and leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Key requirements: - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years experience managing multiple technology related projects supporting one or more business areas
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity technology, risk and controls, risk management, experience SharePoint, Confluence, and Teams for communication and document management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to present professionally and accurately
- Proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently and able to consistently deliver high quality results under pressure
- Strong time management, able to multitask and manage complex work plans and conflicting priorities
- A customer-centric problem solver able to think strategically and identify opportunities to enhance existing processes
- A proven collaborator and negotiator able to build relationships with high-performing teams and individuals to accomplish common goals
Key responsibilities: - Coordinate multiple teams spanning BISO organization, Technology teams, Assurance, oversight groups, and others to manage key deliverables and milestones
- Ensure stakeholder engagement, accurate and detailed status updates, and issue escalation to the broader organization and other senior leaders
- Analyze large sets of data, identify themes and present back to leadership for planning purposes
- Leverage existing and new communication channels to publicize key achievements and risk visibility
