Job Summary: The VP-level Client Liaison is responsible for managing relationships with priority client s, supporting outreach and delivery of advisory services, and ensuring seamless communication between client s and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of top-tier and growth clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, including responses to reverse inquiries.
- Support the creation of agendas for key client meetings and roadshows.
- Track client pipeline, maintain sector/regional themes, and report on engagement outcomes.
- Collaborate with bankers and product partners to deliver tailored advisory solutions.
- Contribute to the development of marketing content and client-facing materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Experience in client relationship management, investment banking, or consulting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex topics and present insights clearly.
- Collaborative mindset and client-first orientation.
