As a Senior Strategy Associate in the Enterprise Application Solutions organization, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product strategy development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by data analysis, user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities - Partners with Product Managers and strategy leaders to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers, the market, and our partner ecosystem through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Develops executive level presentations for internal and external audiences, applying outcome focused messaging to drive alignment and secure senior stakeholder buy-in
- Leads critical product and client level data analysis such as opportunity sizing, cost & revenue modeling, and product adoption by leveraging all types of data sources
- Conducts market analysis including competitor product offerings, enterprise software provider strategy, regulatory requirements, etc., and delivers insights to inform product prioritization and future roadmap
- Supports the creation of a commercialization strategy, informing ROI-driven decisions
- Builds business cases and funding requests which feed into the investment governance processes for product development
- Supports the development, tracking and reporting of OKRs and product KPIs throughout the product life cycle
- Maintains an overview on improvement opportunities for our organization's operating model and processes across product teams and broader internal partner teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, business transformation, or similar roles
- Demonstrated experience with broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches
- Ability to develop workplans and project timelines based on agreed outcomes and deadlines
- High EQ, able to use influence to drive projects forward working with both peers and more senior colleagues
- Understanding and experience of working in a highly matrixed organization
- Skilled in building and presenting executive-level slides using PowerPoint, and in advanced data analysis and financial modeling in Excel
- Proficient in communications at multiple levels of the organization through both verbal and written channels
- Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity; can work independently with moderate input from supervisor - brings recommendations vs. requiring direct guidance
- Capable of handling multiple threads of work and competing priorities simultaneously
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Experience in a top-tier management consulting firm
- Experience in a tech company with understanding of cloud/SaaS software development and monetization
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
