As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in the Firm-wide CDAO AI Agent Specialists team, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key internal client relationships. You will join a team that advises firm-wide teams in designing and integrating AI Agents within their application architecture. Your role involves learning and supporting the team in providing guidance and empowering clients to implement Agents and create business value. With a willingness to learn and develop communication and stakeholder management skills, you will contribute to building collaborative relationships with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams across JPM Lines of Business, Corporate Functions, and Internal Fusion Product and Engineering Teams to drive priority outcomes.
Job responsibilities- Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address internal clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our Product and Engineering organization
- Assist in providing foundational technical support to help internal clients design and implement agent-based solutions effectively.
- Aid the team lead in preparing materials and technical components for client engagements, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and supporting the successful deployment and integration of agent solutions.
- Support the team lead in working with product and engineering teams to enhance agent capabilities and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Assist in the creation of best practices for Agentic Systems architecture and integration, focusing on performance monitoring, optimization, and evaluation.
- Support your manager in working with AI researchers, ML engineers, and software developers to advance the capabilities of Agentic AI.
- Learn and contribute to fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment that drives performance and professional growth
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience building or delivering Agentic AI and or GenAI Solutions into production applications
- Enthusiastic to learn multi-agent architectures and frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI
- Familiarity with developing, training, and deploying machine learning models, Gen AI models, and knowledge of model evaluation and optimization techniques.
- Understanding of computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), containerization technologies (e.g., Docker and Kubernetes), and microservices design, implementation, and performance optimization.
- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, including knowledge of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistical methods
- Strong foundation in application architecture, software engineering, machine learning, and public cloud
Preferred Qualifications- Experience or interest in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Excited to build or use LLM powered Agentic solutions.
