As a Senior Hospitality Manager within the Executive Dining and Banqueting Program, you will oversee all service disciplines at 270 Park. You will thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment where continuous improvement is the norm. You will have the opportunity to provide excellent guest interaction and effective management and communication with the executive leadership team

Job responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospitality services
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hospitality professionals
• Oversee budgeting and financial management for hospitality operations
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and meetings
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for service excellence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality services

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• minimum of 5 years experience in a hospitality background
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
• Experience in event planning and execution
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Extensive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a corporate setting
