As a Senior Hospitality Manager within the Executive Dining and Banqueting Program, you will oversee all service disciplines at 270 Park. You will thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment where continuous improvement is the norm. You will have the opportunity to provide excellent guest interaction and effective management and communication with the executive leadership team
Job responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospitality services
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of hospitality professionals
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for hospitality operations
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events and meetings
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for service excellence
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Identify and drive opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality services
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills - minimum of 5 years experience in a hospitality background
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills- Extensive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a corporate setting
