As a Senior Executive Assistant within the Commercial & Investment Banking Strategy team, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Head. This role requires the ability to navigate the firm with ease, demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, and exhibit polished interpersonal and communication skills. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, delivering flawless work output. Your daily tasks will involve interacting with various executive-level internal clients across multiple lines of business. The role demands the exercise of extreme discretion and good judgment in a variety of situations, with the adaptation of procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals. You will also be involved in various projects and initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of the department's operational efficiency and strategic impact.
Job responsibilities: - Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the office of the Global Head of CIB Strategy, exercising sound judgment and maintaining a professional tone when managing requests and inquiries.
- Maintain a fluid and complex calendar, including scheduling meetings and conference calls with senior-level internal and external stakeholders, coordinating room reservations, audio-visual set-up, and catering arrangements as necessary, and preparing documents for meetings.
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information.
- Arrange and coordinate elaborate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless logistics and itinerary management.
- Process invoices and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing within provided guidelines.
- Produce high-quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain department documents, including organizational charts and Executive Bios, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Handle regular activities proactively and provide advance notice of any issues or delays.
- Collaborate effectively with the administrative assistants team, providing mutual support and working together on joint initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Proven track record of supporting high-level executives and managing complex calendars, communications, and travel arrangements.
- Demonstrated ability to use extreme discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling C-Level matters.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
- Commitment to excellence, consistently performing duties at the highest level possible.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to partner with the assistants team to ensure continuity of coverage for their respective teams.

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Monday-Friday) and does not support hybrid options.
