As a Product Manager in Learn Experience, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will play a pivotal role in the innovation and development of new product offerings that enhance the employee learning and development experience. You will lead the entire product lifecycle, acting as the voice of the customer and focusing on building and launching features that deliver value to our employees.

Job responsibilities

  • Contributes to developing a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall Learn Experience strategy roadmap and value proposition
  • Drives the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
  • Leads release management and testing lifecycles for feature teams
  • Manages day-to-day product management activities, such as requirements gathering and definition, product design, user testing, feedback collection, and product launch, all while prioritizing, negotiating, and removing obstacles to achieve business results
  • Partners with a broad range of stakeholders across Learn Platform, Engineering, UX, Data, and AI teams to design, build and deliver product features
  • Leverages knowledge of AI to build solutions that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality across the Learn Experience space
  • Facilitates and participates in product routines, including scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos
  • Drives the modernization and integration of existing tools, and designs data architecture solutions to create cohesion across current processes
  • Defines and tracks objectives and key results (OKRs), to measure product success and drive continuous improvement, and leverage data-driven insights o make informed decisions and optimize product offerings


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including the use of Agile project management tools (i.e., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Experience working with SaaS (Software as a Service) products
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, using strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive clarity and direction
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into compelling narratives that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives; familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Prior experience and understanding of data integration, storage, analysis and architecture
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and seamlessly adapt to changes in expectations or requirements


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization, with globally distributed teams
  • Prior experience or interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Transformation
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and ServiceNow
