DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Serve as the product subject matter expert for the eTrading of securities, repurchase agreements, and derivatives contracts to understand business flows, demands, and strategic objectives. Responsible for business stakeholder expectations and build partnership-based relationships for change delivery. Work with the application development team to define work scope and delivery pathways using Agile methodology. Act as point of reference for desk-based issues requiring solutions from technology. Learn end-to-end desk requirements and communicate to wider partners. Serve as the point of contact for complex issues that the desk needs to solve. Analyze business requirements and translate them to technical requirements. Find synergies between dealer to client and dealer to dealer trading demands to build solutions that span and harmonize the systems to match trader decision making. Run regular operating committees to define and communicate changing priorities at levels of the bank including ad-hoc reporting to the highest levels of trading management. Monitor Algo performance and suggest enhancements to progress its efficiency. Work with desk to define new Algo parameters as the technology moves forward.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery Manager, Product Delivery, IT Project Manager, Product Owner, Production Management, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: Working with senior business stakeholders on a daily basis, including Managing Directors or equivalent, to collect requirements, develop and analyze a technology book of work, present and defend solutions, and lead solution implementation; performing eTrading of securities, derivatives, and repurchase agreements in accordance with U.S. treasury markets, including dealer-to-client and dealer-to-dealer trading; pricing and hedging securities, derivatives, and repurchase agreements across bonds, futures, and derivatives; managing code changes and application maintenance delivery with application development teams based around the world operating on a 23.5-hour uptime model; working on a bond trading desk, including proactively monitoring, triaging, performing root cause analysis, and independently designing and implementing solutions in real-time to support eTrading flows; end-to- end ownership of final eTrading solution deployment and delivery, including problem definition, solution design, testing, and approval; GLMX flows and trading protocols; electronically traded global collateral; solving issues with on the wire, curtain time, and contingent lists; pricing swapbox trade packages; trade-at-close protocols across the primary dealer to client platforms.

Full-Time. Salary: $150, 550 - $197, 000 per year.
