As a Product Delivery Associate in the Wealth Management Portfolio Analysis Group (PAG), you'll collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions, automate processes, and enhance reporting. You'll help release new products and features, overcome obstacles, and continuously add value to our investment analytics platform. Job responsibilities:
  • Support strategic US Wealth Management initiatives - including system migrations, data integrations, and performance analytics enhancements - under the guidance of a Senior Product Delivery Manager.
  • Assist in end-to-end product delivery: develop project plans, set milestones, track progress, provide regular status updates, and report key metrics for decision-making.
  • Help own and maintain a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business, product, technology, and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure clear communication.
  • Support delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, and delivery feasibility, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Document blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource allocation.
  • Create concise, outcome-focused communications for stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing and implementation: create test plans, manage UAT/production testing, log defects, and maintain JIRA boards.
  • Manage work in an agile environment, including user story grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Support change management, training, and adoption of new tools and features.
  • Maintain project scorecards, ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements, and conduct data analysis for informed decision-making.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting and leading discussions
  • Proven ability to manage projects, set priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with experience on large, complex initiatives
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and action-oriented with a sense of urgency
  • Proven execution under tight timelines with proactive issue resolution; demonstrates ownership mindset
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and agile product development/software delivery lifecycle practices
