Description:

Seeking Executive within Global Credit Financing focused on the structuring, deal execution and ongoing risk management of the Credit Financing book.

Job Summary:

As a Private Credit Financing - Vice President within the Global Credit Financing team, you will be responsible for structuring, executing and risk managing Private Credit Financing facilities. This would include coordinating with various sales and origination teams to identify, structure and price potential transactions by providing a transaction-focused center of expertise through the deal lifecycle and ongoing risk management of the existing book.

Job responsibilities:
  • Collaborate strongly with key sales and origination partners across the markets organization, including helping to define client strategy and market the products above
  • Structuring of term sheets and deal documentation on identified opportunities in close alignment with client coverage partners
  • Managing facility monetization opportunities, help drive strategic growth initiatives, and optimize risk and business decisions
  • Support the enhancement of processes and procedures of the team to lead continuous improvement in our business
  • Help drive new strategic initiatives, including the technology agenda, and facilitate regular ongoing review meetings with support areas and other internal stakeholders
  • Define, gather, and regularly report results on book metrics, forecasts and trends
  • Effectively build relationships and establish collaborative partnerships across the organization, including, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Technology, Sales, Operations, and other related teams

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Series 7 and 63
  • Experience working in the front office of a top tier Investment Bank and/or Capital Markets firm
  • Solid understanding of credit markets and product
  • Experience with credit products including leveraged loans, structuring of transactions, and coordinating across various internal partners
  • Strong understanding of asset managers and institutional investors, particularly private funds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, work ethic, attention to detail, team-oriented mentality, diligent with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to proactively approach new initiatives with enthusiasm and energy, and a clear understanding of the big picture, not afraid to push for change, leads to finish everything they start
  • General business strategy acumen
  • Resilience across lengthy negotiations and patience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, willingness to be flexible and ability to work both independently and in a team
