The Account Manager will provide support to hedge fund clients serviced out of the San Francisco Prime Brokerage office. The successful candidate will represent J.P. Morgan's Prime Brokerage and Financing capabilities to current and prospective clients.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers at the client and strengthen existing client relationships through daily interactions, meetings and events
- Actively engage clients with respect to new products, new technology, and new regulatory topics in Prime Finance
- Capitalize on client relationships to influentially direct Prime Finance business and revenue increasing opportunities
- Utilize quantitative analysis for client metrics, balance trends, and portfolio construct to optimize their balance mix, return metrics, and revenue
- Deliver other products of the firm to the client by holistically analyzing client business
- Take charge of client experience inclusive of product, technology, and operations across cash equity, fixed income and synthetic Prime Finance
- Lead and implement initiatives that are focused on improving client experience and Prime Finance products
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Ability to manage and build strong relationships with clients
- Energetic self-starter with an appetite for learning the business, motivated to enhance and build on our current product offering
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Oral presentation, persuasive speaking, and negotiation skills are a must
