As an Associate in the Controls Governance team, you'll support the CIB Chief Control Manager in delivering executive controls reporting and interacting with senior management. As an Associate in the Controls Governance team, you will support the CIB Chief Control Manager with executive controls reporting and governance tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders across the CIB to ensure effective oversight of the CIB BCC governance framework and communicate control-related issues.
Job Responsibilities: - Support the delivery of key governance tasks, including Business Control Committees and Regulatory Interactions.
- Implement and maintain an effective Operational Risk framework.
- Partner with CIB Control Managers to maintain a robust escalation framework and deliver messaging to senior management.
- Assist with Controls Governance aspects of regulatory exams and inquiries.
- Develop and implement Operational Risk analytics to identify risks and measure the CIB Risk & Control environment.
- Provide Operational Risk advice to senior management and conduct independent reviews.
- Maintain Operational Risk Standards & Procedures and lead change implementation.
