Are you ready to advance your career and become an integral part of a dynamic team that drives the success of our Multi-Asset investment division? We are seeking a VP to join us in providing exceptional operational support and fostering innovation.

As a Trading Services Manager - Vice President within our Asset Management Operations Multi-Asset Solutions Middle Office team, you will partner with our Portfolio Managers, Investment Specialists, Technology Partners, and Core Operations teams to manage the front-to-back operational ecosystem for the business.

You will serve as a central point of contact to the Front Office, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution. In addition to overseeing the broader operations teams in support of our Multi-Asset Solutions business, providing extended operational support for complex client relationships, and creating economies of scale by transforming the organization through intelligent automation as our mission is to provide best-in-class operational risk management and client service to our business.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee projects and set stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular updates.
  • Define and document operating models to support the implementation of new client mandates and investment opportunities.
  • Partner with client teams to resolve operational queries and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain oversight of metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the data environment of Front Office systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining operational processes using intelligent automation tools.
  • Work with operational risk and control teams to document processes and establish proper controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and prioritize multiple deliverables.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders on projects.
  • Innovative thinker focused on creative solutions to business problems.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Seven years of experience in operations, preferably in the Asset Management industry.
  • Experience with Intelligent Automation and AI tools such as Alteryx, Signavio, Python, and LLM is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of applications, and Bloomberg.
