The role will drive the development and day-to-day implementation of marketing strategy and operations, focusing on digital-first communications across web, email, social media, multimedia, measurement, and data management as part of the ongoing development of J.P. Morgan's client experience. We are looking for someone with experience in marketing models, a proven innovator who understands how to use data and enjoys thinking differently.

As a Models Marketing Manager, Vice President within Asset Management, you will develop and execute a digitally focused, metrics-driven marketing strategy that generates breakthrough growth. You will position our full range of innovative model solutions targeting the 300, 000 financial advisors across U.S. distribution channels.

Job responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute our models marketing strategy, including driving deep audience insights on financial advisors, their businesses, and how J.P. Morgan can deliver value through model portfolios.
  • Lead multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Investment Specialists, Event Program Management, Training, and Shared Services teams. Initiatives include web, social media, advertising, industry conferences, internal events, market research, thought leadership, and major sales programs.
  • Develop, execute, and manage digital client journeys based on tiering and engagement objectives. Develop and project manage the deployment of digital communications across teams, including email and web.
  • Test, learn, and scale enhancements to how we market models to financial advisors. Identify opportunities to leverage extensive technology platforms, including business intelligence, to enhance measurability and ROI.
  • Build and manage the right data reporting framework to support business objectives.
  • Create an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged.
  • Support and foster a winning team - partner and build trust with colleagues across lines of business, regions, and marketing centers of excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Expertise in delivering digital and traditional marketing solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners and resources.
  • Project management skills, with excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of information.
  • Insight-driven, with the ability to learn and understand the needs of prospects and clients, and the distribution needs to support pipeline development.
  • Demonstrate innovation by challenging convention and identifying opportunities to develop unique, competitive sales and marketing programs.
  • Ability to develop relationships with global marketing directors and managers, sales, and investment professionals, and lead through influence.
  • An effective collaborator, with the ability to work alone and partner with people of all levels across multiple locations.
  • The ability to develop credibility and trust through consistent delivery of quality outcomes across a matrix within and beyond Marketing.
  • Attention to detail, achieving thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved.
  • Effective communication skills, demonstrating grammatical expertise; strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Marketing experience in the models, asset management, or wealth management industry; model-specific expertise.
