Are you passionate about leveraging AI to transform risk management? Join our Firmwide Chief Data Office and play a pivotal role in developing advanced metrics and integrating AI-driven analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams and help us stay at the forefront of risk management innovation.

As the Metrics and AI Integration Lead-Vice President in the Firmwide Chief Data Office, you will develop advanced metrics to measure and monitor Data Risk, integrating these with AI tools to drive actionable insights and automated analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making and ensure the organization remains a leader in risk management innovation.

Job responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of enhanced metrics to measure and monitor Data Risk, leveraging risk-based, operational, and program metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive metrics framework aligned with data governance and risk management objectives.
  • Integrate metrics with AI tools and platforms to enable automated performance analysis, forecasting, and actionable intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Governance, Technology, Risk, and Business Units) to identify key metrics and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-driven analytics for continuous improvement in data risk measurement and reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize reporting processes and improve report quality.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights into data risk and program performance.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in all metrics and AI-driven analyses, implementing controls and validation processes as needed.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data risk management, recommending and implementing best practices.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analytics into clear, actionable insights.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • At least 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or Master' degree in business, risk management, controls, information systems, or technology.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, metrics development, and risk management within financial services or a highly regulated environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning tools for data analysis, forecasting, and automation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar platforms).
  • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
