As a Vice President on the Chase Wealth Management Business Development team, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting initiatives that enhance advisor development and productivity. Our team operates under Chase Wealth Management, supporting branch-based advisors. We align our efforts with J.P. Morgan Wealth Managements strategic priorities, utilizing thematic campaigns and field communication channels to drive growth and enhance client engagement. By fostering strong relationships and leveraging targeted initiatives, we aim to support the overall success of our wealth management business.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals, driving growth and enhancing client engagement.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for our new client management and onboarding tool, ensuring successful adoption and integration within the organization.
- Support forums to review and communicate new initiatives to the wealth management business.
- Drive forward our licensing initiatives by supporting advisor licensing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with field leaders to develop playbooks that support the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful presentations for executive leadership and committees.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance client engagement.
- Experience in leading go-to-market strategies for new products or services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and project management tools.
