DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Responsible for complex onboarding for large institutional clients and coordinating with internal teams to set up necessary systems and protocols. Develop and maintain advanced reporting systems for investment guidelines, objectives, and constraints, enhancing data clarity and utility for clients and stakeholders. Coordinate efforts across global offices in the US, Mumbai, and EMEA to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and projects. Use advanced analytics to create compelling marketing content from complex data sets, supporting business development and client retention. Conduct strategic asset allocation analysis in compliance with multiple countries' regulations to optimize client portfolios. Clearly communicate complex investment results to clients, acting as the primary contact for investment performance discussions. Direct and oversee the partnership with the Mumbai office, ensuring alignment with company goals and efficient collaboration. Lead client relationships for large institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maintain and grow relationships. This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field of study plus 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Investment Specialist, Investment Associate/Analyst, Multi-Asset Solutions Specialist, Product Delivery, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires four (4) years of experience with the following: operational management of onboarding investment mandates including investment guidelines, objectives, and constraints for asset managers or an investment firm; evaluating the differences between regional accounting platforms country requirements; project management in institutional account onboarding, including setup of account structures and coordination of performance metrics; distinguishing between U.S. and non-U.S. mandates and the vehicle types that are available for the various types of investors. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: capital markets and their response to global economic changes; evaluating how economic factors impact the returns across different regions and asset classes; assessing the impact of capital market on the price sensitivity of equity, fixed income, and alternatives; analyzing investment performance and attribution using array formulas, nested functions, and financial functions; analyzing investment performance and attribution using VBA for automation, custom functions, and data manipulation; analyzing investment performance and attribution using data visualization, data integration with Power Query, pivot tables, and pivot charts; analyzing investment performance and attribution using data validation and error checking; fixed income markets, including the effects of spreads and interest rates on pricing; creating marketing materials from complex data analyses and portfolio insights; developing junior associates, setting objectives, and overseeing tasks; investment experience with insurance, pension, healthcare, endowment, and foundation sectors, including their operations, investment strategies, and investment challenges. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: performance and attribution using VLookup, HLookup, Index, Match Indirect, SUMIF, SUMIFS, and COUNTIF formulas and functions; collaborating with internal teams across global product groups to design client-specific investment guidelines; multiple investment strategies including public equity strategies that cover different countries, sectors, styles, and cap structure and fixed income strategies that cover government bonds, investment grade, high yield, emerging market debt, and currencies; describing the difference between equity, fixed income, and alternative strategies and how a portfolio is constructed; securing new business through pitches and tailored RFP responses; managing complex client relationships; using portfolio analytics tools for strategic client discussions; evaluating an enterprise analysis for healthcare organizations to assessing the objectives for various asset pools with different liquidity and risk profiles; integration of alternative assets including private equity and real estate into multi-asset portfolios.
