Shape the future of product management while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize the JPMC employee experience. Lead the journey of developing and implementing the product vision and roadmap for Amenity Services. Drawing inspiration from the dynamic food and beverage hospitality industry, you will craft and execute a product roadmap that emphasizes exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and market differentiation.

Covering our global footprint of work & employee café's, concierge services, and client centers, the product creates the connective tissue between our physical environment, the products we offer, the technology we use and the services we require while a work. It is this end-to-end, holistic view that will allow our employees and guests to experience a frictionless, high-satisfaction experience.

As a Head of Product, Executive Director within Amenity Services, you will work closely with our partners in Global Technology, Global Real Estate, and Employee Experience as well as the subject matter experts running the day-to-day amenity operations to deliver the best experience for our employees and guests. You will draw inspiration from the dynamic food and beverage hospitality industry and leverage the quickly evolving landscape of digital innovation.

Job responsibilities:
  • Leverage multitude of internal and external sources and experts, drive the research and evaluation of our current products to determine opportunity areas for improving the end to end experience
  • Develop and oversee the product roadmap, vision, and development, ensuring alignment with business needs in line with the firm's growth and financial targets and aspirations. Identify opportunities to elevate service standards and create memorable experiences.
  • Lead the end-to-end product delivery journey, ensuring that we execute effectively and enhance employee and guest satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage product innovation by staying ahead of market trends and identifying emerging technologies. Undertake market reviews and benchmarking to inform how we compare to competitors, ensuring strategic positioning and continuous improvement. Develop offerings that set the company apart in the amenity services landscape.
  • Partner with operational leaders to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Assist to establish metrics and help optimize processes to improve outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance product adoption and user engagement. Engage vendor teams with regular business reviews, formalizing feedback and maintaining trackers of these conversations.
  • Partner with technology teams to drive digital product innovation and enhance user experience. Leverage data analytics and AI to optimize product performance and decision-making.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing, cross-disciplinary product team. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous learning, while preparing future leaders through coaching and training initiatives.
  • Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations and internal risk frameworks.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 10+ years proven track record of delivering products with experience in the physical and digital environment, including product discovery, delivery and adoption
  • Demonstrable ability to lead product strategy and define long term vision and roadmap incorporating a broad variety sources capturing market trends, innovations and internal requirements
  • Oversee and lead all product life cycle activities including discovery, delivery and adoption.
  • Experience managing large-scale product portfolios and cross-functional teams, driving change within organizations, and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and analytics.
  • Experience in product innovation and UX design, with enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality, travel, and leisure sector, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and cultural environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multi-functional larger teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience within the hospitality, travel, or leisure sectors.
  • Experience as a thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry eminence, capable of driving product innovation.
  • Strong network within the hospitality, travel, and leisure sector, with the ability to pull together multiple partners in a productive, team environment enabling ideas to be taken from conception to execution.
  • Understands the importance of good business practice, exercises sound judgment, and anticipates and promptly addresses stakeholder needs.
