As a Vice President on our Industry & Policy Thematics (IPT) team, you will contribute to high-impact analysis and insights that inform both internal stakeholders and external clients. Job responsibilities
  • Drive research analysis on one of the IPT themes (Defense & Aerospace, Advanced Manufacturing, Materials & Energy, Frontier Technologies, Economic Competition and Policy, Sustainability, and Development Finance) and produce regular research and deep-dive reports
  • Discern and analyze fundamental drivers of IPT industries
  • Produce and maintain quantitative indicators tracking progress or lack thereof of IPT industries development
  • Project thematic developments and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different lines of research and different business lines across the bank to leverage IPT research
  • Communicate findings through business writing and presentations for research publications
  • Maintain external relationships and contribute to internal and external client engagements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 1-5 years' experience in data analysis
  • Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with business writing and communication for research publications
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
  • Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry or IPT-related industry research organization
  • Experience collaborating across regions and teams
  • Ability to organize and lead investor events and maintain external relationships
  • Experience producing research for diverse audiences
