Join our Commercial and Investment Bank (CIB) Treasury Team as a high-performing Analyst responsible for the reporting and analysis of Advanced and Standardized Basel III Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) across the CIB. This role offers the opportunity to engage in projects supporting the CIB RWA and Capital team, including new firm initiatives, control topics, legal entity reporting, and technology enhancements. You will be involved in initiatives related to Business as Usual (BAU) reporting and analysis, process automations, and enhancing the existing operating model. Collaborate with diverse teams to support the CIB RWA and Capital Team portfolio, including CIB integration, new rules implementation, and strategic technology build-out.
As an Analyst within the CIB Treasury Team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end reporting of CIB Basel III/Endgame RWA results, including Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) RWA analysis. You will partner with Corporate and CIB lines of business controller groups to ensure accuracy and completeness of RWA calculations. This role involves preparing period-over-period RWA analysis for CCAR purposes, managing internal and external reports, and participating in projects and BAU technology processes.
Job Responsibilities- Report CIB Basel III/Endgame RWA results, including CCAR RWA analysis.
- Partner with business controller groups to ensure RWA calculation accuracy.
- Prepare RWA analysis for CCAR purposes for senior management.
- Prepare internal and external reports and schedules (Pillar 3, HCR/RCR, FFIEC 101).
- Liaise with business lines for sign-off, address questions, and process adjustments.
- Manage projects and BAU technology processes in the CIB Capital Controller team.
- Collaborate with Capital Implementation, Policy, and Legal teams for Basel rules reporting.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Background in Product Control, Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of financial products and regulations (Basel)
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills- Familiarity with Paragon is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Alteryx or Tableau.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to improve current processes and drive operational change.
