As an associate on the Freedom Product Strategy team within Chase Branded Cards, you will help drive the development of products such as Chase Freedom Rise, Unlimited, and Flex, and ensure their proper operation. You will partner with a team of product strategy managers, working collaboratively and cross-functionally to design and market innovative products and features. You will help create compelling value propositions based on consumer design targets, and introduce new card products that offer innovative features to our customers. You will also monitor the performance of the portfolio and help remediate any controls-related situations that may arise. You will also be a key contributor to executive level materials and presentations.
Job Responsibilities: - Support development of the Freedom product line strategy through competitive insights, D& A analyses, market research studies, and customer segmentation and behavior analyses
- Act as a liaison between Freedom teams, the Consumer Bank and additional functional partners to develop and execute an integrated Freedom Rise roadmap for the new-to-credit Starter population
- Lead program management of risk & controls related matters and ensure proper functioning of products
- Develop materials for business reviews with executive leadership and other forums; design and deliver crisp, compelling insights often via PowerPoint slides
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 3+ years of experience within financial services business or in a digital, product, strategy, or consulting role with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program and product management
- Understanding of customer insights, P& L dynamics, and data analysis to inform product decisions
- Strategic & analytical thinker with a passion for creativity and innovation as well as ability to have relentless focus on details and process
- Ability to work across functions and influence and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
- Manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders; navigate issues and ambiguity; anticipate and proactively address senior management concerns
- Strong communication (written & oral), storytelling & presentation skills; experience collaborating with & leading various teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong customer-centric mindset; understanding of customer engagement & end-to-end experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
