As an Executive Assistant supporting JPMorgan's Global Equities team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient daily operations and upholding the firm's standards of professionalism and confidentiality. Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Global Sales team at JPMorgan. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential communications, and supporting daily team operations. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence with discretion.
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, events, and projects.
  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Assist with expense management and other administrative tasks.

Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
