Are you ready to lead digital transformation in a dynamic environment? Join our Digital Markets team at J.P. Morgan, where your expertise will shape the future of our global client-facing digital platform. We offer an exciting opportunity to drive strategy, innovation, and growth in the FX options derivatives space.
As an Associate Product Manager in Digital Markets, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our North America and global client-facing platform for FX options derivatives. You will be comfortable providing direction to a diverse team delivering capabilities for the full product lifecycle, supporting decisions with metrics and insights, and building dashboards to demonstrate requirements are turned into tangible business deliverables. You will be organized, have experience running large-scale projects, balancing the demands of a broad range of senior stakeholders across regions and lines of business, and managing resources to deliver the best possible outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with eSales and meet with clients to gather feedback and insights, ensuring our solutions meet client needs and expectations.
- Partner with senior FXO leads globally, global trading and the head of trading based in the same location to align trading, sales, and client strategy.
- Manage usage data, in partnership with Key Data Business team, build tracking Tableau worksheet to review and report the success of the deliverables, as well as electronic FXO business growth.
- Translate the product direction from the Global agenda the regional roadmap
- Oversee day-to-day product scrums and bi-weekly sprints, product delivery, client experience, as well as prioritize, and help remove obstacles to achieve business results.
- Attend client meetings (call/in-person) along with sales coverage to gather requirements, provide updates on deliverables, and collect feedback to integrate in the global agenda.
- Contribute to and take ownership of Americas targets, product innovation roadmap, as well as oversee identification and execution of regional opportunities.
- Work with Marketing and Digital Markets leads on FX Options campaigns
- Help drive innovation by working with external vendors and internal partners to develop products, and track their success
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Demonstrable experience in Product Management in the context of Financial Services.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and/or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- An aptitude for translating complex business needs into technical requirements with the ability to pick up new domains of knowledge and quickly become an expert.
- Understanding and experience of working within an agile framework - scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement.
- Experience working in a front office environment.
- Experience of tracking success by building relevant dashboards, and track usage data.
- Functional experience in product development and/or analytics.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication and be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
