As an Operations Data Product Owner on the Wealth Management Data & Analytics Team, you'll drive the development and delivery of data products that support strategic business objectives and advanced analytics. You will collaborate with product, design, and technology leads to ensure data quality and safety, while partnering with Data & Analytics leaders to unlock business value through insights and personalization. You help us accelerate product development, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation. Together, we create opportunities for growth and impact.

Job responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy for product data development and delivery

• Drive understanding of data usage across business lines and functions

• Provide subject matter expertise on product data content and application

• Identify and prioritize critical data scope, ensuring proper documentation and classification

• Support integration of data into analytics platforms for advanced projects

• Establish and coordinate data quality requirements for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness

• Direct development of processes to monitor and mitigate data risks

• Ensure compliance with Firmwide data integrity and protection policies

• Lead teams to achieve execution milestones and mitigate risks in product development

• Demonstrate governance by tracking workstreams, KPIs, deliverables, and risks

• Manage staff to execute data-related tasks

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree in STEAM

• 10+ years of industry experience in a data-related field

• Experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying priorities

• Technical knowledge of data management, governance, big data platforms, or data architecture

• Ability to manage tight delivery timelines and execute strategic changes

• Proven ability to build successful internal partnerships and influence across functions

• Excellent leadership skills for products, programs, projects, and teams

• Structured thinker and effective communicator with strong written skills

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences

• Understanding of Agile technological development methodology

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Master's degree in STEAM

• Deep subject matter expertise in business or product data area

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence projects

• Familiarity with data protection, retention, and destruction processes

• Experience in financial services or related industry

• Knowledge of metadata management and data classification
