As a Vice President on the Fee Strategies and Processes team at J.P. Morgan you will be involved in developing and enhancing fee strategies, structures, and processes. You will be partnering with various teams to execute fee initiatives, evaluating current fee processes, defining pricing strategies, and providing training. This role will offer you the opportunity for global consistency and regional involvement.

Job responsibilities
  • Evaluate current fee processes, identify gaps and opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Define and coordinate pricing strategies
  • Create client-specific relationship pricing proposals and facilitate the proposal review and agreement process
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure regional involvement and global consistency
  • Provide targeted training to teams across the AM organization
  • Report on pricing metrics to key stakeholders
  • Manage meetings, track open items and ensure follow ups
