If solving our business's most strategic problems and enabling its new opportunities with innovative products is what drives you, you may have found the right team.

Within Asset Management's Product and Experience team, we in Client Service Solutions drive via our solutions 1) a first class, differentiated client experience across all aspects of the end-to-end client life cycle, and 2) efficient management of the global investment product range across the end-to-end product life cycle. Our technology product line serves the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and servicing phases of the client lifecycle and the product development, implementation, and administration of the product lifecycle. Our core data product lines and publishing solutions underpin both lifecycles.

Within Publishing Solutions, Client Reporting manages a growing book of diverse reporting demand. We are undertaking significant data and technology initiatives to transform the scalability and client experience of our platform to meet our clients' needs and AM's growth ambition. As a product manager on our team, you will apply product discipline to develop the strategy for a critical component of the platform and use your deep understanding of our people and industry to mobilize partners throughout delivery.

Job responsibilities
  • Own the product's vision and execute your delivery strategy to realize it, rigorously applying product best practices to stay abreast of market and technology opportunities.
  • Complement a strong product intuition with data-informed evidence to actively manage the product backlog in an agile development environment. Critically evaluate data, information, ideas, and arguments when determining what should be built, and describe what's needed with well-written stories.
  • Drive data acquisition and quality improvement efforts to enable reporting, analytics and business intelligence. Distill insights from data across diverse user, business, and industry sources.
  • Maximize your product's value to the business by marketing it effectively and educating its users.
  • Set motivating objectives for the business and your team with well-designed OKRs that measure success by the business outcomes your product achieves.
  • Drive committed partnerships with your business stakeholders, Engineering, Design, and Product peers

  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and reasoning skills (e.g., adheres to best practices in meeting management, regularly completes tasks and conducts business with minimal supervision)
  • Inherent curiosity about how our users behave and why, the ability to articulate implications, and advocacy for their needs against inertia.
