As a Product Manager within the AI/ML Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enable the firm's data, analytics, and AI objectives. You will lead complex programs, establish governance frameworks, manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and help define operating models that maximize business value. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions, you will be instrumental in delivering scalable, efficient, and well-governed AI/ML solutions that support the firm's strategic priorities.

As a Product Manager within the AI/ML Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enable the firm's data, analytics, and AI objectives. You will lead complex programs, establish governance frameworks, manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and help define operating models that maximize business value. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions, you will be instrumental in delivering scalable, efficient, and well-governed AI/ML solutions that support the firm's strategic priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic product and program roadmaps that align AI/ML initiatives with business objectives and enterprise priorities
- Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment of scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with business, data, technology, risk, and control stakeholders to define requirements and deliver innovative AI/ML-enabled solutions
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and reporting processes that drive transparency, accountability, and execution excellence
- Manage portfolio planning activities, including prioritization, investment tracking, budgeting, and performance reporting
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness, business outcomes, adoption, and value realization
- Drive change management efforts that support organizational readiness, adoption, and sustainable implementation of new capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve operating models, streamline processes, and enhance data and analytics delivery effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and serve as a trusted advisor for strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives
- Foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment
- Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that support consistent execution and continued program success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, transformation, program management, strategy, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization
- Advanced knowledge of product management principles, product lifecycle management, and Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and solutions
- Experience developing executive-level communications, dashboards, presentations, and business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive execution in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills across senior leadership teams
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to support decision-making, prioritization, and performance management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, or a highly regulated industry
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies, data management principles, and modern analytics platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, data, analytics, or AI modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, data controls, and regulatory considerations
- Experience working with global teams and managing initiatives across multiple regions
- Strong background in portfolio management, strategic planning, or operating model design
- Demonstrated success delivering business outcomes through cross-functional collaboration and influence
