The Team: The Omnichannel Customer Development & Client Relations Management (CDCRM) team is a newer, retail-facing team focused on customer acquisition and retention through Analytics, CRM, After Sales, Client Services, and Experience. The focus of the team is to reach new and existing clients through the sales and service ceremony, bespoke services, smart analytics, and animations all to strengthen acquisition and customer loyalty. The multifaceted team works in tandem to drive traffic to stores and provide one-of-a-kind experiences.
The Opportunity: As the CRM Coordinator, you will play an integral role in supporting all CRM strategies by assisting the Manager and Director within the department. With an innovative approach to CRM, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships through data quality management, targeted communications and client reporting. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop and execute client outreach strategies, including eblasts and events. You will report directly to the CRM Manager.
About the Role: - Data Quality and Management
- Utilize in-house tools to manage CRM database integrity/accuracy (profile de-duplication, cleaning erroneous/incomplete contact information) while maintaining the quality of the customer database daily.
- Manage and lead our Client Inquiries and One Trust email accounts, ensuring timely responses while adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Client Communication
- Assist our new client segmentation roll-out in stores.
- Assist with the roll-out of our in-store clienteling tools, working with Paris counterparts and store managers on back-office management.
- Collaborate with Paris counterparts to develop e-blasts for local animations, working closely with the CX team to coordinate and support upcoming animation initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Paris and the stores for upcoming client communication initiatives.
- Reporting
- Support the CRM manager in generating client lists for local animations, applying critical thinking and analytics to determine the most appropriate clients for invitation.
- Provide support to store managers and management with any reporting needs they may have.
- Provide updates to Manager and Director on a regular basis on all delegated tasks. Practicing timely follow up and anticipating department needs.

The hourly range for this position is $28.64 - $33.85. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
