Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Paid Search campaigns across high-value accounts to achieve brand, format, and seasonal ROAS goals
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities, driving new media buying strategies across the portfolio
  • Develop and refine recurring reports, improving clarity, usability, and insights for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional performance marketing teams to share learnings, shape strategy, and present actionable insights to leadership
  • Troubleshoot campaign and platform issues, ensuring efficient execution and minimal disruption to performance
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new team members and evolving processes
  • Lead or contribute to independent projects that deepen understanding of the paid search ecosystem and uncover growth opportunities
  • Continuously test, learn, and iterate on campaign strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and scale

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid search, or a related digital marketing field
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimization best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into action
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented problem solver who can identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to varied audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities
  • Hybrid schedule: in-office in New York City 4 days per week

The base salary for this role is between $76, 000 and $80, 000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
